I believe the best interest for Sebastian is the immediate compliance of the agreement.

To take all of this from Sebastian it is not in his best interest, but in fact a harm Sebastian will suffer greatly for life, a harm that should be avoided by all means, a harm that is permanent and severe, a harm that will change his outcome of life, a harm that will be passed to generations
Daniel is 41, he is more mature, more prepare, independent, more responsible, and more wise by experience and age, Daniel supplied to Sebastian and even to Samantha all their needs. Daniel even did the cooking and cleaning of the house and also worked.
Samantha is 26, has not knowledge of responsibility, she was not even prepared to have a child, nor had a home or income, Samantha did not have a home and never supported herself, Samantha did not work, did not cook and did not even clean the house. Such theft was done by Samantha et al keepings such proceedings secret, without service or Notice, and making Impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to their home, Samantha used her new born son to gain illegal profits by Theft, Fraud and with Physical Violence.
Such actions have ended in Murder but continue to harm Sebastian.
Without the Father Protection, Sebastian Life and health may suffer irreparable harm.
